4. Assynt to Sutherland

If you are looking for dramatic scenes then this journey is one for you. On your journey north you will find endless numbers of lochs to enjoy fishing amongst, scenes from the dramatic peaks of Quinag before ending up in the beautiful village of Scourite. Here you can park in the village’s caravan park which overlooks the bay. You will witness some unforgettable sunrises and sunsets here! From there, you can follow the River Laxford to Lock Stack and spend the days climbing mountains or simply sit back, relax and soak up the beauty.


5. Loch Ness
